Manager

Southern California’s premier medical marijuana delivery service, Greenly (www.greenly.me), is hiring a Manager to help grow the business. Applicants must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.We are looking for a high quality person who will represent the organization well. Someone who will efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations and is enthusiastic about building a career in the industry. Previous retail experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage staff (supervisors, drivers and trainees)
• Schedule + assign tasks to team
• Fulfill supervisor responsibilities
• Improve operational systems and processes
• Review employee invoices bi-monthly
• Draft and review social media posts
• Make sure web content including product listings meet quality guidelines and SEO needs
• Act as liaison with suppliers and other business partners
• Oversee marketing activities
• Other tasks as assigned, including oversight of inventory management and security measures

MUST HAVES
• Relevant supervisory experience (MMJ industry experience not required)
• Positive references from past supervisors
• Strong ability to pick up on computer software technologies (experience with WordPress a plus)
• College degree (or working towards it)
• Willing to get a marijuana medical recommendation
• Familiarity with Google Docs
• Able to pass background check
• Motivated, reliable and dependable
